Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Put ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
Cover each patty with a lid and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top in the last minute of cooking
This will melt the cheese
You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned
On the bottom half of each bun, put lettuce leaves, a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles
This is how you make the burgers
For the top half of the buns, spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on it
Then, put it on top of the other ingredients
Your beef burger is ready to eat when it's hot
