Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 can 14 oz coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a blender, mix together coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, frozen raspberries, and vanilla extract
To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed
If you think it's too sweet, add more honey or maple syrup to taste
Move the mixture to a container that can go in the freezer
