Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mini pretzels
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a big pot, warm the vegetable oil over medium heat
When the popping stops, add the popcorn kernels, cover, and give the pot a few shakes
After popping the popcorn, remove any unpopped kernels by transferring it to a big bowl
Melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan, stirring all the time until the mixture is smooth
After covering the popcorn with the butter mixture, season with salt
For an even coat, toss
Toss gently to mix in the chocolate chips, peanuts, and pretzels with the popcorn mixture
To cool and set for approximately ten minutes, spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Present and savor!
