Sweet Cherry Almond Chia Pudding Parfait



Indulge in the delightful combination of sweet cherries, almonds, and chia pudding in this refreshing and satisfying parfait. Perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a guilt-free dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Granola for topping optional

Instructions:

Chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and almond extract should all be mixed together in a bowl

After you stir it well, wait 10 minutes

Put chia pudding, sweet cherries, sliced almonds, and Greek yogurt in serving glasses in that order

Repeat the steps until the glasses are full

Add a layer of sweet cherries and sliced almonds on top to finish

Chia pudding needs to be put in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight to set

If you want, you can add granola on top before serving for extra crunch
